A WARM WELCOME!
Sudbury Coffee Works is a retail gourmet coffee shop and cafe, founded in 1995. We are located in the town of Sudbury, Massachusetts, approximately 25 miles northwest of Boston. Over the years we have developed a loyal and enthusiastic "family" of customers. Along with our premium coffees, we have a cafe and we offer carry-out and catering services.
All of the coffee beans we use have been roasted on the premises. Our large and majestic coffee roaster was imported from France. It has a stainless steel vent that rises up two stories within the shop. It is bright red - an imposing presence! The roaster lives in the retail section of the store; everyone enjoys the sight, the sounds, and the delicious aroma of the roasting process. More than 15 wooden barrels of coffee beans are on display, holding coffee from various countries that is available for purchase. You will also find some valuable information on the Coffee Talk Page.
Our cafe features a mural depicting a lush Columbian coffee plantation, and charming hand-painted tables. Here we offer delicious light meals and, of course, our wonderful coffees, as well as other beverages. Please see our Menu. You may dine in comfort with us, or contact us for carry-out orders.
At Sudbury Coffee Works we strive to provide the highest level of quality and taste using the very best coffee beans available, and to establish true personalized service tailored to each individual's needs. My goal is to bring back old-fashioned service and traditional values. I will always be available and committed to forming relationships with my patrons, the better to fulfill their needs.
For one person buying one pound of coffee, for a restaurant or business buying one hundred pounds, I am totally devoted to serving you, my customer. I promise that will never change.

"A cup of coffee shared with a friend is happiness tasted and time well spent."
Dan has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. His background includes a degree from the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and he has worked in a variety of inns, restaurants, and hotels in Massachusetts, New York, and Florida.
Preparing to open Sudbury Coffee Works in 1995, Dan tested over two hundred recipes, with an emphasis on the highest standards of quality, taste, nutrition and consistency.
We proudly serve variations of these dishes today, with new creations constantly added to the menu. The welcoming retail area and cafe, with its hand-painted mural and tables, offer a respite from the bustle of the busy world.
The star of the show in the retail area of Sudbury Coffee Works, it's a commercial-grade Sasa-Samiac machine, imported from France. It is controlled by its own computer, to achieve the perfect temperature and the roasting time for each batch of beans. The shop is filled with the sounds and fabulous aroma of this wonderful roaster, delighting everyone who enters.
Dan places the highest priority on developing a warm relationship with his customers, with individual attention and personalized service. The staff reflects this attitude in its cheerful and efficient attention to detail. The superb coffees, exceptional food, and charming decor have won friends and accolades far and wide.
